Ordinary women on the brink of understanding and transformation.

Louise Worthington is the author of Distorted Days, Stained Glass Lives and, forthcoming, Rachel’s Garden and The Entrepreneur. Women on the edge of truth and growth is her theme treated in diverse genres. Her character-driven, emotive stories with striking and often dark imagery will linger long after you have read them.

In addition to writing novels, she writes dark flash fiction and novellas-in-flash. Her interest in psychology influences her writing, as has her degree in literature. Kirkus Review described her debut novel as ‘a formidable work’.

Louise has a masters in business and management. She taught English in secondary schools until writing full time and lives with her husband, daughter and animals in Shropshire.

The landscape and historic buildings are a source of inspiration and often integral to the atmosphere of her novels.
