Louise earnt her degree in English Literature from the University of Essex, and qualified to teach English in secondary schools at Loughborough University.

She loves nature and lives in rural Shropshire on a farm with her husband and daughter.

As well as holding a Masters in Business, she has a postgraduate diploma in psychology.
